Pentadoc AG is a leading consultancy located in Würzburg, Germany. Working with big insurance dompanies like DAK, DEVK, SIgnal Iduna etc. They seeked a seamless visual communication in their journey of digitalising insurance industry - this is where I supported them creating fluent designs across different media.
My Role
As an Integrated Designer at Pentadoc AG, I led the UI/UX design of digital products and experiences, ensuring intuitive and visually consistent interfaces. Alongside this, I developed the company’s complete brand identity and managed all aspects of visual communication across various media — both within the company and to the outside world.
Impact
Through my contributions I was able to create a real impact in the visual communication and brand experience for PENTADOC AG both internally and for external cleints and event. The social media saw a boom in followers and interactions and we were able to generate leads through different channels. More structure in design and presentations working also led to efficient internal communications.
From the ground up, I shaped the visual identity of Pentadoc AG and its partner brands. By creating cohesive branding guidelines, I helped bring clarity, consistency, and personality to every design we put out into the world.
One of my most significant challenges—and accomplishments—was the complete redesign and development of the company's website. I created the site from scratch, built multiple subpages, and ensured a cohesive and consistent design language throughout. Beyond the visual aspects, I also took initiative to optimize the site for SEO and resolved several backend issues independently, combining design thinking with technical problem-solving to deliver a functional and future-ready digital platform.
I was responsible for developing a wide range of visual communication materials—spanning both digital and physical formats. This included everything from digital banners and social media graphics to printed banners, internal office communication materials, and presentation templates.
As the Design Lead and the visual communication expert in the company, I was intriduced to a variety of tasks and challenges. As I joined the team as a working student for illlustrating for blog articles my role grew into becoming an expert of meeting constant demand for differnt design material for the employees in the company and creating visual merchandise for events.
